Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total. Any applicable shipping promotions will be reflected at checkout.
